Our church is contempory and Bible believing. We value the Word of God, Worship and intimacy with JESUS. We also desire to see all people in fellowship with the Lord and each other. Our vision is big. Have a look at the "Our Vision " page for more on this.
Our church is located...
about 2 kms from the main shopping area of Taumarunui and the church is surrounded by about 350 homes. Our Pastor has spent quite a bit of time and effort building up relationship with our neighbours through visiting and maildrops. This means that a number of our neighbours are now involved in church life.

Taumarunui itself...is an awesome community. Population of around 5,000. But it also services a major rural community. Over the last few years Taumarunui and Region has begun to really prosper. We believe this is largely the result of believing prayer. See "Prayer" page for more on this.
Each year we...believe the LORD for a Faith Statement. It gives a focus for the year. Previous statements have been. Its not about me in 2003, An open door in 2004, Come alive in 2005, The right mix in 2006, An open heaven in 2007, Chains will break in 2008. New wine in 2009. While it is true that God can do anyone of those things in any year, its what we are believing God for in the season we are in. It helps to give a lift to our faith.
